Mustang's Isolation makes providing Healthcare a challenge

Mustang
In terms of healthcare, Mustang has no hospitals. Most people don't make it past 60 years old. When people get sick, a helicopter has to come down to take people away. People take great risks in living in an area like Mustang. Any minor injury not addressed in time can exacerbate into a major issue that could cost limb or life. People have to transport the sick long distances in difficult terrain.

Jumla
Jumla is also like Mustang in terms of it's isolation. This produces many of the same challenges that Mustang's residents go through. Here is a video of the treacherous journey in an and out of Jumla that costs the life of many. Can you imagine transporting a sick patient down these roads during a medical emergency?
