How does one develop a healthy relationship with one's karma without the relationship crippling you? I don't know if I have the answer to that.
There are two extremes of karma.
I do know that at a certain point of not accepting your karma and trying to push all your boundaries that you can seriously hurt yourself.
I also imagine that if you don't experiment with life, that you will under-sell yourself. You have brought certain good karma from a previous life. And if you don't perform tests to see what you are made of, you won't realize the good assets that you have.
Of course someone who truly believes in karma will say that you don't even have to make an attempt to enjoy your good assets. They will say that you will enjoy what you deserve no matter your efforts. I don't have any clear or conclusive answers.
But I do see why it would be healthy to develop a relationship with your own karma.
The primary purpose of this blog is to discuss the state of health of Nepalese all over the world including those in Nepal.

Let us try to limit God, shall we?
If we tried really really hard, what could we finally manage to limit God to? How could we limit God in our life so that he wouldn't be a threat to our ego.
God is greater than Christians could describe Him. God is greater than Buddhists could imagine him. God is greater than Muslims could follow. God is greater than all the Hindus put together in the planet. God is great that he is constantly fascinated by Himself. He is the ultimate egotist. But since He is great, it is not an ego trip. He's in a constant ego trip and is not impressed by His own self.
And yet all of us try to limit God in some way. We feel that there is no way that we can fully be ourself and free while being with Him in His totality. It seems like something needs to give somewhere. It feels like some compromise needs to be struck somewhere. It doesn't feel like we, the unique individual without a second could possibly have a relationship with this 'God' that everyone else seems to already have a relationship with. It seems like the only way to have a relationship with this 'God' that everyone else has a relationship with is to make our self a photocopy of someone else. And that, quite frankly, sucks.
If your conception of God cannot take into account all religions, thought, philosophy, science, art, literature, music, culinary arts, astronomy, creation, destruction into account, don't blame God for that. God did not limit Himself. You and your friends did. Sanatan Dharma takes all those things into account in its conception of God.
Why limit all that you can be just to have a relationship with God? Sanatan Dharma tells you you don't have to. You come to Sanatan Dharma and you realize that God did not limit Himself to one religion or belief system. Man did. We did out of our lack of an imagination. I did because I am insecure. We did out of our lack of faith that He could belong to all in many ways while still maintaining that unique relationship with us.
We do it because we don't know all that we are going to be asked to compromise while introducing this freaky thing called God in our life.
It is hard to believe that He could allow us to be uniquely be ourself in our own glory. It would seem that God should limit us in some way for Him to not be threatened by our ego. But He is not. God is not threatened by our ego, no matter how big our ego is. That is far out.
God is greater than all the scientific tools in the world could measure Him. He allows absolute belief in Him to exist simultaneously with absolute athiesm. He is not disturbed by it.
In Sanatan Dharma, God is not threatened even by athiesm. There is a path for you too. There is a scientific path to realizing all that is God for those who need to perform experiements. That path is Vipassana.

Krishna's universal form of humanity
Sometimes I wonder: does Krishna have a universal form of humanity on earth?
Krishna is huge. My imagination is not broad enough to imagine all that is Krishna. Shoot, even Krishna's imagination is constantly stretching trying to encompass Himself. I'm nothing.
So I like to break down Krishna's universal form that encompasses everything into categories of universal forms so that I can appreciate each aspect of His creation separately.
A subtle universal form that contains all of subtle reality. A gross universal form that encompasses all of gross reality.
One universal form contains all the material elements. Another universal form contains all embodied living entities.
And from the universal form that contains all embodied living entities, I feel there is a universal form of Krishna that contains all of humanity. I like to call that 'the human slice of Krishna.'
I really feel that Krishna has a universal form that encompasses all variety of humanity alive on planet earth. And this universal body contains all knowledge of Krishna. It contains all the elements in Krishna's creation. It contains all gross, subtle and spiritual experiences in the same way that the amalgam of human beings contain all that is God. God is ferocious, terrible and wrathful as He is loving, kind and good. He contains all knowledge of the Vedas as well as all emotions. He encompass all and manifests his different moods through his different avatars. So do we, in miniscule amount. We are teeny-tiny gods that contain itty-bitty bits of all that He is.
So since everything in this material world is always changing, this universal form of Krishna is changing at every moment. It would manifest a different mood at every moment of the day. Imagine that. Half of humanity is sleeping on earth and half of humanity is awake. This universal form of Krishna would depict both. It would be a picture of humanity as it is at every changing moment in the world.
This universal form of Krishna would depict the present. The human present of humanity as it is in the present. It would be a snapshot of who we as human beings are today. It would capture our mood and our beliefs. It would be the whole that is greater than the sum of it's parts.
It would capture all the conflict and strife in the world. It would capture all the love and affection in the world. It would capture all the tools and technology that humans use. It would capture all the vehicles that we drive. It would capture all the measurement tools of science. It would encompass all that we are as humans. It would capture the mood of the world at this moment.
All the rich and poor would be in this form of Krishna, undifferentiated. They would each retain their individuality and difference. So in that way it would be more of a salad than a soup. In a soup all the individuality is mushed and mashed. In a salad all the individuality and differences are retained and appreciated while tasting all. That would be the universal form of Krishna.
All the different races of the world would be in this form of Krishna. All the different religions and belief systems including athiesm and agnosticism would be in this form of Krishna.
All the different professions in the world would be represented by the different organs of Krishna's universal body form. The intellectuals would be the brain. The workers the hands. But it would even go down to the liver, heart, stomach and intestine level. There is the mouth of Krishna. And there are people who work in recycling.
There is a psychological component and emotional component to Krishna's body. And not all the parts of this universal form of Krishna would be in harmony. There were be conflict between different parts as well.
This universal form of Krishna would be a living time capsule of humanity as we are today. It would encompass all that we are--as we are in the present. It would capture our mood, our worries. And we would realize that through out the history of humanity this universal form has manifest itself in completely different colors and shapes. And we would realize that the histories that are yet to come this universal form would continue to manifest itself in shapes and colors not seen in present. This universal form of Krishna is ever changing and ever fresh.
And in many ways, the field of journalism, tries to capture this universal form of Krishna everyday. But it does a very superficial job of it. For the depth of humanity is much greater than is captured in journalism today. It is much much more. This we learn from Sanatan Dharma.
I really enjoy appreciating God through his creation and vice versa. It is a lot of fun. And it's a great way to appreciate the whole through the parts and the parts through the whole. In Krishna's mind there is no contradiction. And to know God's mind is to see no contradiction in Him or his creation. According to the Isopanisad to know science and nescience in context is knowledge.
